The security agent controls access and provides security for various objectives (e.g., public institution headquarters, shopping centers, hotels, warehouses, parks, etc.), preventing the illegal entry of individuals into the perimeter, theft, or acts of violence. They monitor the objective using video surveillance cameras and provide security for value transports. When necessary, they warn, call upon, remove, or immobilize aggressors. The course is conducted based on the Framework Curriculum for the "Security Agent" qualification – NC code 5169.1.3 – developed in consultation with vocational training providers, employer organizations, and professional associations in the private security field, and approved by the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police – Public Order Directorate.
The purpose and objectives of the course are to enable participants to acquire the knowledge necessary to fulfill the occupation of a Security Agent.
The target group includes all individuals who wish to obtain the "Security Agent" qualification, are at least 18 years old, and are medically fit.
Competencies acquired:
- Applying specific legal provisions for the security agent's activity.
- Using individual equipment and security equipment.
- Fulfilling directives and resolving security incidents.
- Completing specific documents for private security services.
- Applying occupational health and safety norms.
- Adhering to environmental protection norms.
- Communicating and maintaining teamwork relationships.
